A busy nautical interior hints at the flavours of the Galley, where Paul da Costa-Greaves cooks as if the world were his stage. The theme can feel forced (fillet of seabass wrapped with crushed potatoes & pesto liquor in a banana leaf), but zero in on moules mariniere & simply grilled Dover sole with herbed wine & truffle oil & you’ll love the experience.
