Sophie has bought a restaurant touch to her comfort zone cooking, using home grown vegetables & quality, local raw materials to great effect, evident in crispy-gooey mozzarella & spring vegetable stuffed aranci with roasted pepper chilli salsa, or a melting Irish stew with pearl barley & herb dumplings. A new under-lit stone sun terrace & funky barbecue bar add to the garden haven, complete with salty breeze. Spacious courtyard bedrooms undergoing a stylish makeover are great for sandy feet, big or small.
