The most stylish street in Scotland's capital is also home to Brown's. Hearty fare such as calves liver with bubble and squeak and Guinness and mushroom pie provide plenty of warming nourishment during those cold, Northern winters, while cocktails and sharing plates make it a good pre-clubbing venue.
