Enjoy fresh local fish & game plus seasonal & foraged produce from the hotel’s 70-acre estate, while admiring the breathtaking views of the Solent & Spithead. The creeper-clad hotel traces its history back to medieval times, while imposing murals in the Island Room restaurant date from 1810. Try scallops with a cassoulet of chorizo, squid & late season tomatoes ahead of roast wood pigeon with apple fondant, glazed turnips & beetroot & port jus & finish with spiced pumpkin soufflé with mascarpone sorbet.
