Square Meal Review of The Milton ?

Superior Scottish dining in intimate yet spacious surrounds just outside Aberdeen, the menu is eclectic, ranging from fish soup with croutons rouilly and parmesan and seared Thai marinaded tuna with a tomato salsa, to rare roast Angus beef sirloin with shallot herb and merlot sauce, & supported by a weighty & Catholic wine list.
