The restaurant serves a modern British menu with commendable attention to detail in dishes such as braised leg & stuffed breast of quail with rosemary creamed potatoes & game jus & mains of fillet of turbot with a stuffed petit pains & saffron fish cream or braised belly of pork with sautéed loin of monkfish, a sweet potato purée & light jus.
