An imposing Grade II listed Georgian mansion adorned with plush artwork, and posh restaurant. Culinary influences are drawn from all corners of the world with Oriental starters – try the confit of guinea fowl with bok choy, spring onions & ginger – & Francophile mains such as grilled Toulouse sausage with a lentil & potato cake & red onion Lyonnaise. For those who prefer to eat in less formal surroundings the hotel offers its own take on a traditional pub, offering uncomplicated, wholesome fare.
