With views of the Beauly Forth, in high summer dinner is taken to the sound of the lapping of waves, to candle light if you please. Cooking is equally well-tuned, & features a range of traditional & modern European dishes, say terrine of wild game with rowanberry and apple relish, then grilled fillet of pesto-crusted cod with smoked mussel and saffron sauce.
