Set in a Victorian gentleman's private house, Haley's forms an impressive surround for an imaginative British menu. Lead with the game & foie gras terrine with Muscat jelly &, & follow with salt cod with aubergine caviar, sauce gribiche & crushed potatoes. If you have room for another sizable portion, finish with chocolate fondant with white chocolate sorbet. The wine list is limited to a few reliable classics.
