This converted barge lies at anchor in the rejuvenated Bristol docks with views across the waterside development. Windows on all sides, wooden floors and cheerful blue upholstery lend a sunny feel to the bright surrounds and there’s a Mediterranean-tinged menu to match. Miso flavoured lemon sole with stir-fried soba noodles, or pork tnederloin flavoured with sage and orange, wrapped in filo pastry and served with sage Derby cheese are illustrative of dishes that are generally flavour-intensive and satisfying.
