Elegant fine diner within the Alpine-themed Coppid Beech hotel, where modern meals may start with carpaccio of beef vierge ahead of confit of duck leg with poached summer peaches and lavender. Do tuck into the calorific puds (try the rum roasted banana with vanilla brulee and butterscotch ice cream), you can always burn them off on the year-round ski slope after.
