Square Meal review of Pacific:
Very much the new wave as far as Chinatown is concerned, Pacific offers two distinct cuisines under the one roof. Upstairs is a Thai restaurant with superior versions of the usual suspects and a particularly strong seafood selection, including simple delights like oysters with lime and chilli dressing or steamed whole sea bass with chilli, lemon juice and garlic sauce. Down below it’s Chinese, with a similarly crisp and fresh approach to cooking and an admirably user-friendly menu.
