Start with a drink in the Orangery, before settling in the award-winning Boyson Restaurant, where a competent kitchen blends flavours & textures with intelligence. An eclectic menu features dishes like smoked chicken and chorizo salad bell peppers and olives, followed by poached and Cajun sauteed two salmons with thyme-flavoured leeks and cream fraiche.
