This long established restaurant takes a surprisingly modern approach to cooking, combining quality local ingredients with interesting global flavours in dishes like scallops with spring onion and ginger or marjoram-infused veal with confit of apple and apricot. The dining room, on the other hand, is starting to look a bit tired, but offers excellent views and beautiful alfresco dining in summer.
