Square Meal review of Old Vicarage: 
Sheffield's only Michelin-starred chef, Tessa Bramley, can always be found in her kitchen, giving innovative twists to the British classics she knows so well. A starter of roasted fillet of wild sea bass is served with raviolo of broad beans, bacon and tarragon and a spring herb veloute, honey-roasted squab is teamed with fresh foie gras, vanilla mash, baby carrots and redcurrant glaze, while a cep-crusted roast fillet of Chatsworth fallow deer comes with parsnip and horseradish cake, honey roasted beetroot and sprouts in lemon oil with walnuts. Desserts are excellent, try the sweet woodruff ice cream with cherry and kirsch jelly and cherry creme brulee, as is the selection of British farmhouse cheeses. The Victorian country house setting, on a hill overlooking the Moss Valley, is beautiful, especially in summer when the gardens come into their own. Some like it so much that they get married here.
