Lavish Italian cooking in the grand and impressive surroundings of the Manchester stock exchange. Enzo Mauro and his son Alex have succeeded in bringing stylish and authentic Italian cuisine to the city. An extensive range of dishes vary from simple beef bresaola with fresh buffalo mozzarella and grilled artichokes, to wild boar loin filled with leeks, sage, pancetta and sultana stuffing and served with roast butternut squash. Fresh grilled figs with ricotta cheese coated in elderflower honey and toasted almonds makes a great dessert.
