A reliable & fairly faithful Greek restaurant, where enthusiastic waiting staff offer meze & more, with dishes ranging from simply grilled halloumi to stifado (beef with red wine & onions), mixed seafood in a tomato & wine sauce, & souvlaki (chargrilled kebabs) with rice & a spicy sauce. Cooking may be simple, but it’s all satisfying stuff & there’s added interest from some wider Mediterranean influences. The cleverly converted building has retained its character & offers diners the opportunity to make the most of any sun by taking a table in the adjoining glass arcade.
