Square Meal review of Royal Oak:
This pub and 'restaurant with rooms' in picture postcard Yattendon has long punched above its weight. Recent changes in the kitchen have seen Jaimie Mould (ex Cliveden) joining Richard Terry (promoted up from sous chef), and early reports indicate that it's now even more of a destination than it was previously. Nice modern British menu with French inflections and a heavyweight wine list.
