Square Meal Review of Windows ?

Making the most of its view from the top floor of the Carlton George, Windows is a spacious, glass-fronted dining room specialising in updated Scottish cooking. The kitchen puts local ingredients to good use in dishes like leaves of smoked salmon & halibut with creme fraiche, capers & chives. The two course pre-theatre menu at £9.95 is definitely worth considering.
