A hotel restaurant with personality, this stylish & surprisingly modern dining room’s emphasis is on seasonal & local produce with fruit, vegetables & herbs from its own walled garden. Game from the Swinton Park estate features prominently on the menu, where treats may include ravioli of crab with roasted salsify & shellfish vinaigrette, venison with suet pudding, potato puree & sage & onion jus & baby pineapple tatin with coconut ice cream & passion fruit curd.
