A modern take on the Indian restaurant in terms of both cooking and design, Shimla Pinks serves curries with a difference in contemporary surrounds. Those who prefer not to experiment will also find some familiar choices on the menu, but beware that standards can fluctuate from visit to visit. Generally, however, this part-of-chain operation offers above average cooking and a fun atmosphere to boot.
