Probably the first but certainly the foremost Thai restaurant in Glasgow, the Thai Fountain acts like a magnet for those who like the aromatic but powerful flavours of lemongrass, lime & chilli. The staple Thai dishes are well represented with lots of regional curries, extensive seafood choices & numerous salads & soups besides the more exotic sounding weeping tiger (actually sirloin steak served on a sizzling platter) & chicken volcano (marinated chicken wrapped in foil paper with spicy sauce on top & lit with Thai liqueur).
