Howies Victoria is one of two Howies in Edinburgh both of which are situated in historic buildings. Howies Victoria is a 600 year old room carved out of the very rock Edinburgh Castle sits on
above. Established in 1990 it seats up to 65 people and everyone from 1 month to 100 years old is welcome to enjoy our seasonal Scottish food locally sourced and cooked to order. A flavour of our
menu includes home smoked salmon, wild Glen Lyon venison fresh from the hills, cullen skink a traditional smoked fish chowder and banoffee pie. Daily specials and set price lunch £9.95 for 2
courses. We also offer an early dining/pre-theatre £14.95 for 2 courses (seated by 6.15pm, we may require your table back by 7.30/8.00pm). Excellent vegetarian & gluten free options too.
