Situated in the Merchant city, Gandolfi fish has built up a loyal following with a strict adherence to fresh, home made produce and the finest quality ingredients. Our seafood is sustainably sourced from the waters around the Western Isles of Scotland, particularly the clean waters of Skye. A feature point to the restaurant is the lobster tank next to our open kitchen enabling diners to enjoy the freshest flavours possible. In 2009 our head chef Jamie Donald was named the Scottish seafood chef of the year, and the restaurant also features as one of Ron Mackenna's top 25 Scottish restaurants(Herald newspaper). In addition to our fantastic food we boast one of Glasgow's finest wine lists and our staff are more than happy to let you sample a little of some of our many interesting wines to help you choose
