A longstanding local favourite, Auberge Brasserie is an invitingly informal restaurant in Southport serving inventive brasserie classics with a dose of French flair. Dishes include roast rump of Welsh lamb with garlic and nettle sauce and red mullet with a hazelnut crust. The warmth of the bistro-style interior is set off by gilt mirrors and chandeliers, with pavement seating for the summer months.
