The Restaurant at The Headland Hotel is a spectacular, unparalleled setting overlooking Fistral Beach and the famous Cribbar offshore break. The menu is seasonal and proudly Cornish, although there are charming European influences from our Executive Chef Jan Wilhelm. There are two menus; a fresh, three course set menu which provides fantastic value for money, and a more glamorous "a la carte' menu which offers classic dishes such as Gravadlax home cured Salmon and Chateau Briande – both of which are carved at your table. The highlight for many locals and tourists alike is our Signature Dish of Lobster Macaroni cheese served in ½ the shell.
