At Carberry Tower fine dining and luxurious accommodation go hand in hand. Our selection of seasonal menus, designed by our head chef are each crafted around the finest produce, all sourced locally from local farms and markets. As you would expect, we only use 28 day matured Scotch beef and source our fresh lamb and pork from Ayrshire. Our fresh fish including trout is sourced from Dunbar whilst our shellfish including Lobster are delivered fresh from North Berwick. In season you can always be assured of fresh game and venison, provided by the Carberry Tower Estate, just through the woods to the rear of the hotel. Exceptional Sunday lunches, afternoon tea on selected days plus a magical private dining experience within the castle are also on offer. At Carberry Tower we ensure that everything is produced fresh in house from our breads and sauces to after dinner petit fours.
