The Oak Bistro says ?

Set in a Grade II listed building in the heart of Cambridge, The Oak Bistro specialises in classic British food in a relaxed yet sophisticated bistro setting. In the daytime, it’s ideal for business lunches, meeting friends or even lunching on your own with a newspaper; in the evenings, customers flock for a romantic dinners a deux, dinner parties with friends and special occasions. The Oak Bistro is a firm favourite that’s already won the hearts of local foodies and visitors to Cambridge; the team are passionate about quality food, and service that will please the most discerning diner. There are two dining rooms: one, with comfortable banquette seating, dark wood and exposed brickwork, has a relaxed ambience; the second is more elegant , and features paintings by Cambridge artist Nicholas Juett. If the weather’s on your side, there’s also a delightful walled garden – perfect for summer days and nights.
