Rick Stein's first step outside his Padstow stronghold is actually two ventures: a 130-seater fish & chip restaurant & takeaway on the ground floor and this smaller tapas-style bar on the first floor, serving grazing portions of fresh fish on a Spanish-influenced, daily changing menu.
