Square Meal Review of Two to Four ?

This listed building on West Street pulls in the crowds with its winning combination of bright contemporary decor, breezy service & please-all food. Start with lobster pappardelle with chilli, lemon, fresh basil & cherry tomato sauce, go on to roasted fillet of free-range pork with green beans, sage mash, gooseberry chutney & Madeira jus, & finish with banana & almond Bakewell tart with honeycomb ice cream & vanilla caramel syrup. The good-value lunch deal (£12/16 for two/three courses) is also offered at dinner during the week.
