In the evening you might begin by savouring the delicate flavours of courgette roulade with grapefruit ratatouille & mascarpone, before getting your teeth around a more robust plateful of five-hour marinated lion of pork with crisped crackling; after that, baked blueberry cheesecake should do the trick.
