This former farmhouse has been transformed into a stylish hotel with exposed beams, views of the Sussex countryside & a sheltered courtyard for outdoor dining during the summer months. Proximity to the Chichester Yacht Club means that Crouchers is popular with the sailing fraternity too. Fish is naturally a strong suit on the menu: local Selsey crab might partner halibut & a saffron risotto, while scallops could be given a caper & white raisin dressing or teamed with belly pork & butternut squash purée.
