Verres en Vers

It’s hard to miss the stylish Radisson SAS on St Helier’s waterfront promenade – the peach-coloured building sticks out a mile. On the inside it offers great views overlooking the marina, St Aubin’s Bay & Elizabeth Castle, while the modern-style brasserie Verres en Vers majors in classic French cooking – think steak tartare, Dover sole meunière & entrecôte béarnaise. Sunday brunch is served to the accompaniment of live jazz, & in summer there’s a lovely alfresco dining terrace right on the water’s edge.
