Comfort levels are high at this smart golf resort & spa, following a £10 million refurbishment. With 250 acres, two golf courses, a PGA golf academy, & a spa & leisure centre, the restaurant caters for healthy appetites. Starters include breast of local wood pigeon with rocket & Jersey Royal potato salad, ahead of roast leg of lamb with roast & mash potatoes & mint sauce, or char-grilled sirloin steak with chips & bearnaise sauce. Chocolate ganache with white chocolate sauce is a suitably indulgent finish.
