Fine panelling & stained glass windows in the medieval Great Chamber give way to luxuriously modern bedrooms. The kitchen handles local & seasonal ingredients with flair, offering starters of scallops & brandade of salted organic cod with parsley sauce & chorizo or potted ham hock with warm potato terrine & pea shoot salad.
