Leek soup, Golden Cross baked goats' cheese with local vine tomatoes & pan-fried Cornish sardines with black olive butter attest to keen sourcing, which extends to Gloucester Old Spot with crackling & Sussex roast sirloin of beef at Sunday lunch.
