Our aim is to work with local suppliers to source the best local produce. These partnerships are based on the values of our charitable Trust whose vision is to create a society that is sustainable, just and enriching. We try to use local organic, free range and fair trade products as much as possible.
We work with suppliers like the family-owned brewer St Austell’s, the coffee supplier Origin, local produce and meat suppliers also Sharpham for their local cheeses and wines.
