We're a small independent team now into our fourth year of running this beautiful c17th century country pub just outside Oxford city centre. We've a passion for outstanding food and service whether you are looking for a gastro/foodie experience, a good old fashioned ham, eggs & chips or a rejuvenating pint by the fireside. We welcome small and large groups and have a particular skill at hosting larger party celebrations and special events. With 4 dining areas , a large bar , a beautiful courtyard , party stable room and outside bar we can offer multiple opportunities for special occasions or just a table for two.
