Devon is blessed with an abundance of fresh, quality produce. We are surrounded by rolling farmland and the county has a huge coastline, so sourcing fresh local meat, game and fish is no problem for our chefs.
We are always looking to source the best new local suppliers. We believe in letting the quality of the ingredients speak for themselves and our chefs produce a regularly changing menu of delicious, yet uncomplicated, dishes.
We are committed to using fresh, local seasonal produce wherever we can. Meat and game are sourced from local farmers and landowners in the surrounding Dartmoor area while fish is supplied fresh from harbours and fishing villages in Devon and Cornwall.
