Redefining dining using locally sourced, seasonal, free range produce from our own 650 acre estate in the Ashdown Forest just outside Tunbridge Wells. We believe in farm to table, nose to tail cooking. Our chef and team aim to get the most and the best from each animal brought straight from the estate to the kitchen. Each dish on our daily changing menu has been carefully created with this in mind.
Our splendid restaurant opposite Tunbridge Wells station has three separate dining areas including our iconic Orangery overlooking the High Street, and an outside terrace with a firepit. We also have a cigar and cocktail bar. We like our guests to take their time and enjoy a leisurely meal in beautiful surroundings, with quality produce and first class, friendly service.
