Springs restaurant serves breakfast and dinner daily. Inside you’ll find a calming palette of greens, blues and greys with mirrors lining the walls which make the already roomy space feel even more expansive. The bar is a more modern affair, with slate tiles, indoor plants, warm lighting and a curved bar top with some interesting wooden features, whereas the 70-seater terrace focuses on comfortable cushioned seating and picnic tables. The same menu is served across all three locations, giving diners the opportunity to enjoy the food they love in the atmosphere of their choice. Whether it’s for a catchup, working lunch or simply chilling with a drink, you’re guaranteed to find something to suit your mood.
Kick things off with a salad or small plate, with choice like buffalo chicken wings, harissa hummus or sriracha tempura prawns and salt and pepper squid. Mains are divided into grills and burgers, and large plates. If dirty, meaty and smoky is your thing, then go for the grills and burgers and indulge yourself in some pulled barbecue beef, Mediterranean chicken or sirloin steak smothered in peppercorn sauce. If not, take a look at the large plates where you can find roast rump of lamb with caramelised red onion and cheddar gratin, spiced cauliflower en croute, or a good old classic fish and chips.
If you fancy a drink on the terrace, you’ll be spoilt for choice. The wine list is extensive, with bottles originating from across five different continents, as well as sparkling wines and champagne, ideal for sipping on a gorgeous British summer's day.
