France meets Asia in Gordon Ramsay’s Michelin-starred Mayfair restaurant. Japan is centre stage at the bar, where sushi and sashimi is sliced into shape in front of the punters. Groups of up to 20 can pair off at the tables for two that fill the semi-exclusive Circle in the middle of the restaurant. The Wine Hub can get the same number around its tables for five, while the Bridge gives 14 guests elevated views from its long table. Eight diners can watch the culinary magic happen at the Kitchen Table. Those wanting total seclusion should seek out the Maze View, which also looks onto the kitchen, or venture into the adjoining hotel, where there are the 40-capacity Hampton and Somerton rooms, as well as the more intimate Dalby.
