The main bar area is darkly-hued with artsy, paint-splashed walls and banquette seating. The bar sits centre stage and here you'll be treated to all sorts of imaginative cocktails. Speaking of Beyonce, we like the sound of the Crazy in Love, with bacardi carta blanca, gosling’s black seal, two drifters lightly spiced
rum, two drifters overproof spiced pineapple rum, apricot brandy, passion fruit syrup, grenadine, lime juice and pineapple juice - quite the combination, eh? Or, for something a little punchier, try the New York New York, with maker’s mark, jack daniel’s apple, amaretto di saronno, angostura bitters, lemon juice, cocktail foamer, sugar and fico grande sangiovese.
There's also a selection of wines spanning red, white and rose, plus several sparkling from champagne to prosecco. For beer drinkers, enjoy a selection of bottled beers or ciders, and if you're celebrating (or not!) what about a shooter? The Cake Pop with limoncello, frangelico, lemon juice and sugar syrup would go down a treat.
But it can't all be about the drinks, and there's plenty of food on the menu to try out, too. Share a selection of small plates such as king prawn and chorizo skewers, steamed duck gyozas and mac and cheese bites. Or, wolf down a whole pizza, with toppings like Korean-style BBQ sauce base with pulled chicken, or a hoisin sauce base, shredded duck, spring onion and red chilli. There's also sliders, wraps and bao buns which all sound delicious, and when you're done it has to be the churros and double chocolate brownie sharer for dessert.
