A younger but more upmarket sister to student favourite LMNT in Hackney, this newcomer still sings from the same hymn sheet by offering bold-flavoured food at exceptionally good prices. Expect to see the comforting likes of roast wood pigeon with cauliflower gratin & beetroot puree, saddle of lamb with minted pea purée & potato cake, or risotto based on spring vegetables, with straightforward desserts like lemon tart or chocolate brownie for afters. Competitively priced wine to sip amid chandeliers & drapes helps romantic dining.
