One of three in a family-run chain, this relaxed eatery has become a local hero, making it so popular that it’s difficult to get a table. Top-notch ingredients – Sicilian anchovies, buffalo mozzarella from Campania & Sardinian pecorino – speak for themselves on a deceptively simple menu. Thin-crust pizzas are Pappa Ciccia’s most famous calling card, though classic pasta & risottos are just as appealing, as are generous plates of antipasti. Fine puds including a daily cheesecake & drinkable wines are complemented by warm service.
