With absolutely no pretension to be anything grander, this Mexican-themed bar serves good beer, decent coffee, & great margaritas & pouring Tequilas, to a happy gathering of locals. There are at least five other hostelries within sight of Barrio, but the biggest crowd of an evening usually heads for this unfussy, relaxed venue. The clientele is made up of all ages: some stopping for a drink on the way home, others starting their evening off. Punters tend not to stay too long on the wide pavement area outside, but there are always new customers ready & willing to take their place. Occasional live music ranges from Brazilian trios to French folk. Linked with Tacuba in Balham.
