One of those trusted places, this quintessential Kingsland Road BYO canteen is always packed & buzzing with a mix of Hoxton trendies & Vietnamese locals who squeeze in for well-cooked treats from the vast, budget-priced menu. Service can be rough & ready as waiters zip between tables delivering big portions of all the Vietnamese favourites. There are occasional misses but the fresh & zingy likes of soft-shell crab, crunchy spring rolls, & hot & spicy minced eel with chilli & lemongrass reliably hit the spot.
