Perched on the 24th floor of the London Hilton Metropole, the spectacular panoramic views out across London are reason alone to head to Nippon Tuk. But an appealing menu of oriental favourites, excellent cocktails & an understated but classy interior also help draw business people & guests alike. Sushi & sashimi options features alongside the more substantial likes of Singaporean char kway teow (rice noodles stir-fried with seafood, chicken & Chinese sausage) or baby lobster & tiger prawns with noodles & laksa sauce. Bento boxes are good value, the wine list is enterprising & the views are particularly pretty at night.
