Square Meal review of Lock Tavern:
Very trendy & usually packed, the Lock Tavern is something of a north London institution, where hip twentysomethings squeeze into the crowded bar area for after-work drinks & weekend booze-ups. Boisterous weekends make for a fun night out, while a cosier vibe is appreciated the rest of the week. But the Lock really comes into its own in summer, when the lovely garden at the back serves up a great barbecue & the roof terrace provides tranquil respite from the hustle & bustle of Camden Market. Enjoy the buzz while wolfing down a pie (courtesy of Square Pies), burgers or bangers & knocking back a well-made Bloody Mary.
