Square Meal review of Pizza Express:
Pizza Express does exactly what it says on the tin. The attractive decor may differ from branch to branch, but not the efficient service & consistently good pizzas, pastas & salads at the right price. While some may be forever wedded to a dish, be it the American Hot or chicken Caesar salad, the menu is always rolling out seasonal specials & new pizza variants: we love the pizza romana style, with its extra-thin base. The Dean Street branch has live jazz, too.
